Great transaction! From our experience, Terri Dunn is an accomplished, well-informed, attentive to detail, and extremely stress-free real estate expert! She was quite patient with us and provided a solid strategy for pricing our Hermosa Beach home as supported by local market knowledge that she has obviously accumulated over her years of working with previous buyers and sellers and based on what was actually happening at that moment in time with home sales in our neighborhood. Although we "strong-armed" (lol) her and opted to initially offer our home for sale at a price that was higher than her market analysis and opinion recommended, after three (3) weeks of high traffic, no offers, we acquiesced and adjusted our asking price to reflect her original pricing strategy.
